Contract Liaison

Richmond, VA

This temporary full time position is responsible for accompanying outside vendors and contractors/workers as they need access to individual units. Position is supervised directly by SHP
Management employees.

Duties may include, but are not limited to the following areas:
 Representing SHP Management to residents when accompanying outside agencies
 Act as project liaison between management, contractor and residents
 Meet with general contractor daily to review construction schedule and activities
 Prepare and distribute notices to residents regarding construction and moving schedule
 Coordinate relocation and moving activities with Resident Services Coordinator
 Inspect apartments for preparedness for construction activities
 Meet with residents to provide them information regarding construction schedule and address any resident concerns related to same
 Provide weekly updates to management regarding resident concerns, construction schedule and related issues
 Provide written incident reports for any formal complaints filed by residents related to the project
 Providing access to units for outside vendors by strictly following SHP policies and procedures
 Helping to establish and maintain good communication between all parties during this property renovation period

 High School graduate or equivalent, must be at least 18 years of age
 Ability to communicate orally with a wide range of people
 Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her action
 Trait of being dependable and trustworthy
 Ability to utilize available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines
 Ability to work at a sustained pace and produce quality work
 Must be able to climb up and down stairs continuously
 Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background screen and drug screening
