🔐 2. SHP Login Procedure (Web, Desktop, and Mobile)
To access 8×8 Work on any device:
- Open the platform (web, desktop, or mobile).
- Enter your SHP Management email (e.g.,
firstname.lastname@shpmanagement.com) and click/tap Continue. - Enter your password.
- If this is your first login or if you’ve forgotten your password:
- Click Forgot password?
- Enter your SHP email address.
- Check your email for a reset link and follow the instructions.

If Single Sign-On (SSO) is enabled by SHP, you’ll be redirected to log in using your SHP company credentials.
