Resident Services

SHP’s Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) staff are available throughout our portfolio to assist our residents with identifying, accessing and obtaining appropriate supportive services designed to facilitate successful “aging in place,” to maintain independence for our seniors and persons with disabilities, and to provide on-site programs to all residents. These programs enhance the overall quality of life and promote well-being and sense of community among our diverse resident population.

Our dedicated Resident Services team collaborate with multiple service agencies in order to create thriving, enriched communities for all residents.  By utilizing valuable state and federal grant programs, we have developed rewarding partnerships with various organizations that positively impact our residents.
